WATERBURY, VT (August 1, 2011) – Vermont employees of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (GMCR) will sponsor and participate in their seventh annual River Cleanup event, in conjunction with American Rivers' National River Cleanup™, a nationwide effort to keep America's waterways clean. From August 1-5, employee volunteers will use paid time off to pick up trash in and around Vermont's Winooski River.

Waterbury, Vt., May 3, 2011 – Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) announced today that it plans to offer an aggregate of 7,100,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Certain stockholders also plan to offer an aggregate of 403,883 shares of common stock in the offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,125,582 additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. BofA Merrill Lynch is serving as sole book-running manager of the offering.

ANNOUNCES RESTATEMENT OF FINANCIALS
WATERBURY, VT (November 19, 2010) – Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) (the “Company”) today announced that it will restate its previously issued financial statements for fiscal years 2007, 2008 and 2009 and the first three quarters of fiscal year 2010 (including the quarterly data for fiscal years 2009 and 2010 and its selected financial data for the relevant periods), due to errors identified in these financial statements. This decision was made by the Company’s board of directors, upon the recommendation of the audit committee and in consultation with management. As a result of this decision, investors should no longer rely upon the Company’s previously released financial statements for these periods and any earnings releases or other communications relating to these periods.

THREE-FOR-TWO STOCK SPLIT
WATERBURY, VT (May 19, 2009) – Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a three-for-two stock split to be effected in the form of a stock dividend. The Company will distribute one additional share of its common stock to all shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2009 for every two shares of common stock held on that date. The shares will be distributed on June 8, 2009 by the Company's transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer so that the new shares issued will equal 1.5 times the pre-split number (rounded down as necessary) with fractional shares paid in cash. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on June 9, 2009 at the June 8th closing price divided by 1.5.

Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) announced today that it has executed a Share Purchase Agreement pursuant to which GMCR will acquire all the outstanding shares of LJVH Holdings, Inc. (“Van Houtte”), from an affiliate of Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in Greenwich, CT, for a cash purchase price of CAD$915 million or USD$890 million based on the exchange rate as of September 13, 2010, subject to adjustment. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals, and is expected to close by the end of calendar year 2010.

WATERBURY, VT (January 28, 2009) – Just months after opening its new manufacturing plant in Knox County, Tennessee, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (NASDAQ:GMCR) today announced that it will begin installation of coffee processing equipment in the facility. The equipment will be used for cleaning, storing and roasting green coffee as well as for blending and grinding roasted coffee. GMCR will be investing approximately $8 million for this project through the end of its fiscal year 2009, consistent with capital investment plans.

Coffee Roasters, Inc. (GMCR) (NASDAQ: GMCR) and Luigi Lavazza S.p.A (Lavazza) announced the companies have entered into a $250 million common stock purchase agreement. Under terms of the agreement, Lavazza has agreed to purchase $250 million in aggregate purchase price of newly issued shares of GMCR’s $0.10 par value Common Stock, or approximately 7% of GMCR’s current outstanding shares, at a price per share equal to the 60 day volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) at closing minus 7.5%. This investment requires approval under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 and is expected to close in September 2010.

(NASDAQ: GMCR) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Keurig, Incorporated, has entered into a Settlement and License Agreement to completely settle its patent litigation with Kraft Foods Inc., Kraft Foods Global, Inc., and Tassimo Corporation (collectively "Kraft”). Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement and License Agreement, Kraft will pay to Keurig a lump sum of $17,000,000 and Keurig has granted to Kraft and its affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid up license of Keurig's United States Patents Numbered 6,607,762 (the “762 Patent”) and 7,377,162 (the “162 Patent”), and United States and foreign counterpart patents connected to the 762 Patent or 162 Patent, for use in connection with the manufacture, distribution and sale of beverage brewing machines and certain beverage filter cartridges.

WATERBURY, VT (August 7, 2009) – Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., (NASDAQ: GMCR) today announced that it has priced its public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $67.25 per share. Additionally, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any, at the price to the public less the underwriting discount. Subject to customary conditions, the offering is expected to close on or about August 12, 2009. The net proceeds to the Company, after deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $321.4 million (exclusive of the underwriters’ overallotment option). (together with its subsidiary, “the Company” or “GMCR”) (NASDAQ: GMCR), announced today that Nicholas Lazaris, President of Keurig, Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMCR, has resigned to pursue other career opportunities and has entered into a separation and transition agreement with Keurig. Under the terms of this agreement, Mr. Lazaris will continue to serve as President of Keurig until June 16, 2008 or the date on which his successor commences employment, whichever is earlier. To support a smooth transition, Mr. Lazaris will continue to be an employee of Keurig until August 15, 2008, providing assistance as needed. Following his employment, Mr. Lazaris will serve as a consultant in Keurig’s patent infringement litigation pending against Kraft. The Company has retained an executive search firm to assist it in the recruitment of a new President of Keurig.
