A Great Place to Work

The Great Place to Work® Trust Index© is one of several surveys we use to understand employee perceptions of our work environment.

On a regular basis we engage the Great Place to Work® Institute  to use their Great Place to Work® Trust Index©, a workplace perception diagnostic tool, to help us deepen our understanding of our employees’ perception of our workplace by department — and to help us build better workplaces across our Business Units. The Great Place to Work® Trust Index© includes 57 statements, each linked to one of the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work® Model©. The table below highlights our average results in recent years.
