President and CEO

Larry joined the Company in May, 2007, taking on the position previously held by its founder, Bob Stiller. Larry’s experience leading high-growth companies, as well as his knowledge of consumer products, appliance manufacturing and international markets, are all assets at this time in the Company’s growth. Larry embraces the Company’s culture, passion, and entrepreneurial nature as well as its commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Previously, Larry was Chief Executive Officer at Royal Group Technologies Ltd., an approximately $2 billion (Canadian) North American building products and home improvements company. Prior to the Royal Group, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Philips Consumer Electronics North America, where he was responsible for sales of approximately $2 billion. During his tenure with both Royal Group and Philips North America, Larry instilled a strong strategic and operational planning discipline, which helped drive profitable sales growth. Previous to Philips, Larry held positions that included President of Maytag Appliances, President of Maytag International, and Vice President of Marketing and National Account Sales for the Building Insulation Division of Johns Manville. He also held various management positions earlier in his career at PPG Industries and Procter & Gamble. Larry has introduced innovative products under strong brands, including Flat TV™ from Philips and the Maytag Neptune™ horizontal frontload washing machine.

Larry holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
