Michael is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tumi, Inc., a retailer of prestige luggage and travel accessories. Prior to joining Tumi, Inc. in July 2003, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Foods LLC, a global manufacturer of food products. From 1980 to 1996, Mike held various positions with Nabisco, Inc., last serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Nabisco Biscuit Company, the leading U.S. cookie and cracker manufacturer. 

Mike earned his BA in History at Princeton University and his M.B.A at Rutgers. He serves on the Board of Directors for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, is chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Compensation Committee, and Governance & Nominating Committee. Mike also serves on the public board of Modus Link Global Solutions (Nasdaq: MLNK), where he also serves on the Audit, Compensation, and Governance committees.
