Health & Wellness

We believe that wellness is the cornerstone of a healthy workplace. That’s why we host numerous wellness programs throughout our facilities, including a stretching program which incorporates breathing, mindfulness meditation, and stretching movements into employees’ daily schedule; on-site (and company-paid) screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, and biometrics; annual flu shots; and a wellness reimbursement of up to $500 to support health club memberships, massage, weight loss programs, and smoking
cessation. Additionally, over 200 employees and 20 vendors participated in our annual Wellness Expo, including the American Heart Association, the United Way, the Vermont Food Bank, and a variety of local fitness service providers.
